EU to slap fresh sanctions on Russia over Navalny poisoning

The European Union is prepared to slap sanctions on both Russia and Belarus for the involvement in the poisoning of opposition politician Alexei Navalny and the suppression of the peaceful protesters following the last presidential elections respectively.
